Dosage: pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture into 250 ml of boiling water, infuse for 15 minutes, strain and drink. Use 2-3 times a day (according to the weight or sensitivity of the user). Or it is possible to pour one tablespoon of the mixture with 0,7 liters of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes, drain and store in a thermos (with a glass insert).
