This herbal blend contains Astragalus, which helps maintain a healthy heart and normal blood vessels. Astragalus supports normal blood pressure and good blood circulation. Lemongrass is traditionally known for its soothing effect on colds, digestive complaints, stomach and intestinal problems, stomach ulcers and migraines.
Hawthorn blossom supports heart function, contributes to a normal heart rate and helps maintain healthy blood vessels. It also supports normal blood pressure and has a relaxing effect in cases of stress or tension. Valerian, in low doses, supports concentration and mental focus. Horehound helps to relax the blood vessels, supports the liver and spleen, and helps to break down mucus.
Composition: Hierba Luisa Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus), Hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Horehound (Marrubium vulgare), Dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale - folium).
Usage: Add 1 teaspoon of the mixture to 250 ml of boiling water. Leave to steep for 15 minutes, strain and drink. Use 2-3 times a day, depending on body weight and sensitivity.
Alternative: Use 1 tablespoon per 0.7 litres of boiling water, leave to infuse for 15 minutes, strain and store in a thermos flask with a glass insert. Drink in three portions throughout the day. Stir the mixture before use.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place (maximum 25°C), away from direct sunlight.
Warnings: This product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If in doubt, or when using in combination with medication, always consult a doctor. Possible hypersensitivity to one of the ingredients.
