HERBS OF OBLIVION
A blend of herbs that promotes relaxation and restful sleep. Excellent for feelings of congestion and heightened stress. You can drink it both during the day and in the evening.
Ingredients: Olvido (Clethra castaneifolia herb), Marco (Ambrosia peruviana Willd. herb), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis herb), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica), Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata).
The herbal blend is formulated such that, in accordance with the tradition of Native American phytomedicine, the ingredients of the potent herbs Olvido, Mucura and Marco support the action of the European herbs Oregano and Lemon Balm, May 2012), valid from 14 December 2012.
TRADITIONAL USE IN PERUVIAN FOLK MEDICINE FOR:
Lemon balm:
- Cognitive and mental health
- Positive mood – relaxation – sleep
- Relaxing effect – falling asleep
- Normal thyroid function
Oregano:
- Mental performance – sleep
Dosage: by weight. Pour one tablespoon of the mixture into 0.7–1 litre of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 10–15 minutes, strain and store in a thermos flask. Drink in three equal doses throughout the day, preferably half an hour before a meal. Alternatively, pour 200–350 ml of boiling water over half a teaspoon of the mixture, leave to steep for 10–15 minutes, strain and drink. Take three times a day. Stir the mixture before use!

Storage: store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
