Golden Milk - Recipe
1 cup milk (animal or vegetable)
1 teaspoon ground dried turmeric
½ teaspoons of cinnamon
a pinch of cayenne or black pepper
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon butter
Heat the milk in a pot along with the spices, butter and cook briefly. Strain the milk into a glass and add the honey as soon as it cools down.
