Ingredients : Ubos - Yellow Mombine (Spondias mombin - cortex)

Content : 110g
Dosage : According to weight. 1 -2 tsp of bark pour about 700 - 800ml of cold water (boiling evaporates a lot of water) and from the boiling point cook on low heat for 20 minutes and strain. Sip during the day in three equal doses, preferably half an hour before meals
Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
