WORTEL VAN RUST
As the name suggests, this tea helps you to find mental calm, alleviate feelings of unfounded anxiety, and become more resilient to stress. If you’ve been going through a difficult period in your life, this blend helps you to find peace of mind again.
Ingredients: Maca (Lepidium meyenii), Chuchuhuasi (Maytenus macrocarpa), Marco (Ambrosia peruviana), Oregano (Origanum vulgare), Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacanth), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), Hops (Humulus lupulus)
The herbal blend is formulated to support the effects of Maca root and the European herbs Oregano, Lemongrass and Hawthorn, which are permitted under the Indian tradition of phytomedicine and approved in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 of 16 May 2012, effective from 14 December 2012.
In this blend, the main effects are as follows (highlighted):

- Relaxing effect – falling asleep
Oregano:
- Mental performance – sleep
Hawthorn:
- Normal function of the nervous system and circulation
- Relaxing effect – helps you fall asleep

Combination: A suitable combination for using Wortel van Rust is with Marco, or Marcomero, or Marcoregano extract.
Preparation: Stir the mixture before use. Pour one tablespoon of the mixture into 700 ml to 1 litre of boiling water and leave to infuse for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Strain, store preferably in a thermos flask and consume in equal doses throughout the day (morning, afternoon and evening), preferably half an hour before a meal.
Another method of preparation: Add half a teaspoon of the mixture to 200 to 350 ml of boiling water, leave to stand, covered, for 15 minutes, then drink. 3 cups per day.
We recommend starting with a smaller amount of the mixture and gradually increasing your fluid intake.
Dosage: Depending on your weight, take half to one tablespoon of the mixture per day, for 1 month, or until one packet has been consumed.
Please note: If you experience any problems during the regenerative herbal treatment, it is possible to skip 1 or 2 days. It is good to learn to observe your body and, if necessary, reduce the daily dose of the mixture. We do not need to cleanse the body quickly, but rather effectively, so that we can function well during the day and do not suffer from unnecessary discomfort. We advise against using this product during pregnancy and breastfeeding! Hypersensitivity to the ingredients is possible!
To achieve a sufficient effect, we always recommend using at least two packs of the herbal mixture.
